Thank you for supporting original art. Each piece is carefully packaged and shipped with love to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Shipping Locations
At the moment, we offer shipping within the United States only.
However, I’d love to share my art with collectors around the world.
If you’re outside the U.S. and see a piece you connect with, please reach out to us at luque.artist@gmail.com.
We’re happy to explore international shipping options with you on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.
No hidden fees - just art delivered with care.
Processing Time
Please allow 5-7 business days for packaging and handling of original artworks.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Packaging and Certificate of Authenticity
Original pieces are securely wrapped using protective materials and packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Every piece of art ships with a signed Certificate of Authenticity, verifying its originality and value.
Order Tracking
All shipments include tracking. We'll send you the tracking number by email so you can follow your artwork's journey home.
Damaged Packages
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us at luque.artist@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Be sure to include photos of the packaging and the artwork so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Return Policy - Claudia Luque Fine Art

Each artwork is created with deep care and intention, and we want you to feel that same connection when it arrives.
Because every piece is a unique, one-of-a-kind original, we handle returns with special consideration.

All Sales Are Final
Due to the original and handmade nature of the artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your piece arrives damaged.
Damaged Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, we're truly sorry and will make it right. Please
follow these steps:
1. Email us at luque.artist@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Include clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
3. We will review your claim and offer a suitable solution - such as a refund or credit - on a case-by-case basis.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We ship all artwork with tracking, but please contact us if your package is marked "delivered" but hasn't arrived. We'll help investigate and support you as best we can.
